Creating an account video transcript

Today, we’re going to cover how to create an account in Design and Printing Services new storefront.

If you aren’t sure if you already have an account set up, please contact your project coordinator, and they’ll be able to let you know. Since we have been setting up accounts for people ahead of time as we’ve been working with them, it’s possible you might already have one set up.

Otherwise, we’re going to click on this create an account button here at the top right, and from there, we will have access to a form to fill out. It contains some fields that are required, as well as additional fields where you can provide us information about your address, your cell phone number, or any other information that you might want to use on the business card items or other stationery products.

Once you’ve filled out your address, make sure you hit the verify address button as it does a quick check to make sure everything looks good, and then go ahead and click add new user.

As an example, I’m going to log in to my account so you can see what the profile looks like once it’s filled in.

We recommend at least filling out these fields you see filled out here*, and that will help both give us some shipping information to pull from in the orders and also help fill any of the templated items in our storefront.

*Fields to fill out include: login ID; login password; name; college or unit name; title; email address; main telephone number; address information, including city, state, and zip code; and URL.
